Want to speak English but feel shy or don’t know where to start? This free 8-week course from the National Democratic Foundation is made for you.
Who is it for?
Students and young people who want to improve their spoken English. Beginners are welcome.
What you will learn
- Introduce yourself and hold simple conversations
- Use everyday English at home, at work and in shops
- Understand and use basic grammar without memorising rules
- Ask and answer questions clearly
- Speak on the phone and write short messages
- Prepare for a job or admission interview
Course details
- Duration: 8 weeks, 2 lessons per week
- Format: Short video lessons (5 to 10 minutes) with a worksheet for each lesson
- Language: English, explained in Hindi and Urdu where needed
- Cost: Completely free
- Certificate: Awarded by NDF on completion
